LaQuanah Carroll

CEO and Founder

LaQuanah Carroll is the CEO and Founder of Blue Lake Government Services LLC. She is a proud United States military veteran with over 10 years of military service, including four years and five months of active-duty service and six years in the National Guard. During her military career, she deployed to multiple locations, including Kuwait and Iraq, in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom.

Following her military service, LaQuanah worked for Kellogg Brown & Root (KBR) for three years, further expanding her experience in government and operational support services. She then continued her federal career with the U.S. Department of the Interior, Bureau of Reclamation, where she dedicated 15 years of service.

With decades of combined military, federal, and contractor experience, LaQuanah founded Blue Lake Government Services LLC with a mission to provide dependable, high-quality professional services while upholding integrity, excellence, and commitment to service. Her leadership is built on discipline, operational expertise, and a deep understanding of government operations and client needs.

  • LaQuanah Carroll, BLGS CEO & Founder — A combat-service-disabled veteran with more than a decade of service in the U.S. Army, LaQuanah built BLGS on the conviction that those who have worn the uniform understand what veterans need — and are uniquely positioned to deliver it.

  • Rob Nydam, BLGS Program Director — With five years leading VES MDE operations and two decades of senior operations leadership, Rob brings the depth of experience and operational discipline our customers depend on to execute with precision and consistency.

Together, our leadership team combines firsthand military experience with proven operational expertise — ensuring that every commitment we make to our customers is one we are fully prepared to keep.
